SERVICE COORDINATOR - AGED CARE
The Parkside Foundation are currently advertising for an Aged Care Service Coordinator who will be based at our Mornington office.
Part time
$47.52 per hour
Aged Care Service Coordinator – SACS 5 (70 hours per fortnight)
Two year contract
The Parkside Foundation provides a range of Disability and Aged Care Services in Southern Tasmania.
The Parkside Foundation Aged Care Team, is seeking a motivated, dynamic individual wanting to make a difference in the lives of older people.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in, and a passion for, working with older people to help them “to live a full life with purpose”, be able to coordinate government funded packages for in-home and social support, and have an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
