About this site
This site was built by Human Solutions and The Parkside Foundation using eDevelop. Graphics provided by The Parkside Foundation. Throughout the site the emphasis has been on providing appropriate information in a consistently easy-to-use manner. Close attention has been paid to the particular requirements of the clients of the Parkside Foundation and extensive testing of the site has been undertaken to ensure compliance with current best-practice accessibility guidelines. The site consists of one wholly public area and four areas for specific target groups. In each such area there is a private discussion board that allows people to keep in touch, raise issues and ‘talk’ to others who use the service. In addition the area reserved for the staff of the Parkside Foundation allows staff to submit their timesheets online, view the latest staff rosters, and access the latest versions of all the Parkside Foundation's Policies and Procedures. The Parkside Foundation gratefully acknowledges the funding assistance received from the State Government towards the development of this site through the Community Support Levy administered by the Department of Health and Human Services. |
