The Parkside Consortium Respite Options

This iniative is a collaboration between The Parkside Foundation, Alzheimer's Australia Tasmania Inc, South East Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation, May Shaw Nursing Home Inc, Headway Support Services Inc.

We jointly provide a range of respite options and support services to the carers of people with dementia.  Priority for service will be to carers of people with dementia who exhibit challenging behaviour.

The types of services provided include:

• Flexible respite options
• Mobile respite options
• Cottage respite
• In and out of home respite
